What is JobLook and how does it help me find a job?

JobLook is an AI-powered job marketplace that matches candidates with hiring managers using intelligent resume analysis, ATS optimization, and skills-based matching. Upload your resume, complete your profile, and receive personalized job recommendations with interview prep resources tailored to each role.

Is my resume data kept private?

Yes. Your resume and personal data are stored securely and are never sold to third parties. Hiring managers only see your profile when you explicitly apply or make your profile visible. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

What happens after I upload my resume?

After uploading, our AI parses your resume to extract skills, experience, and education. You'll be prompted to complete your profile and fill in any missing information. You then get a personalized dashboard with job matches, ATS score analysis, and interview prep materials.

Can I use JobLook for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes one resume upload, basic ATS scoring, and limited job matches. Pro and Pro Max unlock unlimited resumes, advanced AI optimization, priority job matching, and full interview prep — with the placement fee only due once you're hired.

It checks keyword alignment, formatting quality, section completeness, and readability — the same criteria used by leading Applicant Tracking Systems. You get an instant score (0–100) plus actionable recommendations to improve it.

How does interview preparation work? +

Based on your target roles and the specific jobs you apply to, JobLook generates role-specific interview questions (technical, behavioural, and situational), model answers, and study guides. You can also practice with our AI mock interviewer and track your preparation progress.

JobLook pre-vets candidates through skills assessments and ATS-optimized profiles. You post a role and receive a curated shortlist of candidates who have been matched against your requirements — saving hours of manual screening. Our two-sided marketplace means candidates are actively engaged and motivated.

What is the vetting process for candidates on JobLook? +

Candidates complete a structured profile, upload verified resumes, and can optionally complete skills assessments relevant to their target roles. Our AI assigns a readiness score that helps you prioritize outreach. You see the full picture: resume, skills, assessment results, and career goals.

How much does it cost to hire through JobLook? +

For employers, we offer a free trial of 5 candidate views. After that, our Employer plan starts at $49/month for unlimited candidate access, advanced filters, and direct messaging. Enterprise plans with custom integrations (ATS sync, HRIS) are available — contact us for pricing.

What job roles and locations does JobLook cover? +

JobLook covers 25+ tech and professional roles including software engineering, data science, product management, design, and more. We support 20+ major global cities plus remote-first roles. Our programmatic SEO engine generates dedicated landing pages for every role-location combination to maximize discoverability.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data, resume, and application history from our servers within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Is JobLook available outside the US? +

Yes. JobLook supports candidates and employers globally. We have dedicated market pages for London, Berlin, Bangalore, Singapore, Dubai, and 15+ other major tech hubs. Our currency and salary data adapts to each market automatically.

💳 Pricing

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +

Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Do you offer a free trial of the Pro plan? +

Yes. New users get a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial. After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe or continue on the free tier.
