1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JobLook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 14 days notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JobLook. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using JobLook on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your password, all activity that occurs under your account, keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not share your account credentials, create accounts for others without their consent, or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload false or misleading resume information, submit spam applications, attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems, use the Service for any illegal purpose, harass or harm other users, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (resumes, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant JobLook a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content to provide the Service — for example, to generate ATS scores or share your profile with employers you apply to.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. For Employers

Employers using JobLook agree to: use candidate data only for the specific position they applied for, comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws, not discriminate against candidates on any protected basis, and delete candidate data upon request.

JobLook does not guarantee the accuracy of candidate information and is not a party to any employment relationship.

7. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. If you do not cancel before the price increase takes effect, continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

JobLook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that job matches will result in employment, the accuracy of ATS scores, or that employers will review your application.

Job placement outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobLook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
